 The SALES CONSULTANT role contributes to store sales and profitability through effective customer service. The position is responsible for meeting personal sales objectives as well as for projecting the company's philosophy and image through effective visual presentation.

Assisting with protection of company assets by following proper merchandising, loss prevention and store system procedures is a top priority for this position and is approached with a concise training program focusing on all aspects of store Policies and Practices.  Recurring contact between this position and the Manager/Assistant Manager allows for the necessary flow of communication and feedback vital for an effective and successful store operation.
