The TEAM LEADER role is responsible for contributing to store productivity by maximizing sales, exceeding customer expectations and assisting in the effective operation of all store activities. In the absence of Store Management, this position is required to provide accurate sales leadership to team members, while achieving set personal sales objectives as well as projecting the company's philosophy and image.

This position is also responsible for assisting with the protection of company assets through proper merchandising, loss prevention and store system procedures. Ongoing contact with store management and team members to allow for the necessary flow of information and feedback.
